Chart Alpha is a stock chart trading simulator developed by Code & Love, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Data We Collect

Usage Analytics — We collect anonymous usage data (e.g., games played, features used) via Firebase Analytics to improve the app experience. This data is not personally identifiable.
Purchase Data — In-app purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store payment information.
Advertising — For free users, we display contextual ads via Google AdMob. We do not request access to your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and do not track you across apps. AdMob may use contextual signals to serve relevant ads.
Anonymous Trade Data — We may collect anonymized, aggregate trade history data (such as performance statistics) to improve the app experience. This data contains no personally identifiable information and is used solely for internal analytics and product improvement.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any personal contact information.
We do not require account creation or login.
We do not collect location data.
We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How We Use Your Data

The data we collect is used exclusively to:

Improve app functionality and user experience
Analyze usage patterns to guide product development
Display advertisements to free-tier users
Process in-app purchases (handled by Apple)

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share anonymous, aggregated data with the following third-party services that are integrated into the app:

6. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously. All app data is stored locally on your device. Anonymous analytics data transmitted to our third-party providers is sent over encrypted connections. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

All game data, progress, and settings are stored locally on your device. To delete all app data, simply uninstall Chart Alpha from your device — this permanently removes all locally stored data.
