By downloading or using Chart Alpha, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Chart Alpha is a stock chart trading simulator for educational and entertainment purposes only. The app uses historical market data to simulate trading scenarios. It does not provide financial advice, and simulated results do not guarantee real-world trading performance.

Not Financial Advice

Chart Alpha is not a financial advisor. Nothing in the app constitutes investment advice, financial guidance, or a recommendation to buy or sell securities. Past performance of simulated trades does not predict future results. Always consult a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Chart Alpha offers optional in-app purchases including Pro subscriptions (monthly, yearly) and a lifetime option.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Lifeline Token packs are consumable purchases and are non-refundable once used.

Intellectual Property

All content in Chart Alpha — including design, code, graphics, and text — is the property of Chart Alpha and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to manipulate or interfere with the app's functionality.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Chart Alpha is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chart Alpha and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to financial losses from real-world trading decisions influenced by the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
